Alongside her management career, she has spent several years in Real Estate Sales and Property Management, handling high-end properties and investment portfolios with discretion and professionalism.

Elissavet Lykogianni

Dr. Elissavet Lykogianni is an economist and strategic operations leader with over 26 years of experience in international project management, policy advisory, and business development across Europe. With a PhD in Applied Economics from KU Leuven and extensive experience coordinating large multidisciplinary teams and complex international consortia, she brings a structured, analytical, and long-term approach to organizational growth and decision-making.

Having led EU-funded initiatives in education, innovation, digital transformation, and skills development, and having held senior roles in organizations such as Deloitte Consulting and IDEA Consult, she combines operational precision with strategic foresight. At Nova Mentis Greece, she oversees operations, partnerships, and structural development, ensuring that talent management, brand positioning, and business expansion are built on sustainable systems, strong governance, and long-term value creation.

Eliroi Vrysioti

Eliroi is a multilingual communication and digital strategy professional with a background in Translation and Intercultural Studies from the Ionian University.
